Neither option includes a psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, individualized medication or treatment recommendations, prescribing, psychotherapy, crisis assessment, or establishment of a clinician-patient treatment relationship.
Payment & scheduling
Insurance is not billed. Payment is required when scheduling. Cancellations and rescheduling requests require at least 48 hours’ notice; late cancellations and missed appointments are nonrefundable.
